肥胖原因和健康解決之道~~~
有天無聊研究健康和心理類的文章,其實是半夜睡不著,只好繼續反省與整理筆記,我不只一次看過相關的研究和探討文,也很想明白:
祖先的物資資源不豐富與現今時代什麼都不缺,文明病一堆有比較好?
過去大家重視風水,選好寶地、「好位置」靈骨塔動輒百萬也有,而近年環保意識抬頭,1/3的台北人也開始願意嘗試環保葬。家人在人生最後的旅程選擇樹葬,取之自然、回歸塵土、用於自然。雖然,尊重了家人的遺願,但是這在傳統家族中卻被認為逆子,惹來一堆人莫名其妙出張嘴和搞不清楚就自以為跟你很熟地亂發表意見的「親戚」,索性乾脆設定界限和遠離!沒辦法,不論怎麼做,總有人有意見,就算再親近的家人或朋友,越界就是越界,不是「應該的」;這種人越尊重,反而越是得寸進尺!
言歸正傳,大家想要生命地最後,有尊嚴地自然死亡?
還是無奈依靠醫療設備,看著家人推託責任或相繼爭財奪產,延續生命?
In the past, many people suffer from malnutrition due to a lack of resources, however, we live more conveniently now, getting fatter and being influenced by diseases such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, etc.  Why do people eat a lot but still have more problems with it?
过去,很多人因为资源匮乏而营养不良,但现在我们生活越来越方便,越来越胖,受到肥胖、糖尿病、高血压、心脏病等疾病的影响。为什么人们吃得很多,但仍然有更多问题?
For instance, eating more calories than the body needs can lead to excess weight gain and obesity. Obesity is a major risk factor for many health problems, including diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Eating a diet high in sugar and unhealthy fats can escalate the risk of developing diabetes. This is because high sugar intake can lead to a condition where the body can not use it properly. Besides, eating too much salt can raise blood pressure levels, increasing the risk of developing high blood pressure. High blood pressure can lead to another issue as kidney problems.Unhealthy foods not only can lead to heart disease, which can narrow the blood vessels and increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes but some certain types of cancer. Eating a diet high in red and processed meats can increase the risk of developing certain types of cancer.
例如,摄入超过身体所需的卡路里会导致体重增加过多和肥胖。肥胖是许多健康问题的主要危险因素,包括糖尿病、心脏病和中风。吃高糖和不健康脂肪的饮食会增加患糖尿病的风险。这是因为高糖分摄入会导致身体无法正常使用糖分。此外,吃太多盐会升高血压,增加患高血压的风险。高血压会导致另一个问题,如肾脏问题。不健康的食物不仅会导致心脏病,使血管变窄并增加心脏病发作和中风的风险,还会导致某些类型的癌症。多吃红肉和加工肉类会增加患某些类型癌症的风险。
In my perspective, the reasons and solutions for nowadays health issues should be paid more attention to. We can eat and even purchase various goods from websites and shopping malls, but most of the time we forget how to select and live a simple life with wisdom. It is important to eat a balanced diet and limit the intake of unhealthy foods to reduce the risk of developing these diseases. A balanced diet should include plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
在我看来,当今健康问题的原因和解决方案应该得到更多关注。我们可以吃,甚至可以从网站和商场购买各种商品,但大多数时候我们忘记了如何选择,用智慧过简单的生活。重要的是要均衡饮食并限制不健康食物的摄入,以降低患上这些疾病的风险。均衡饮食应包括大量水果、蔬菜、瘦肉蛋白和健康脂肪。
是的,所有的人事物,都是一種平衡,太多或太少、過猶不及,都不是好事!
有些人自以為的關心,對於別人來說,可能只是壓力!
有些事比如放很多天的假期,對於我來說要再回到職場是很懶洋洋的一件事!
東西好吃而吃很多、水對身體好,但太多了,身體負擔與承受不了!
