我們都是凡人,有情緒很正常。痛苦、焦慮、生氣、悲傷、開心、無奈都是很正常的。不正常的是,有些情緒妳明明知道會帶來不好的結果,妳卻一再地隨意宣洩她,讓自己重複再重複地陷入相同的苦難,這才是不正常的。
We are all human and it is normal to have emotions. Pain, anxiety, anger, sadness, happiness, and helplessness are all normal. What's abnormal is that you know that some emotions will bring bad results, but you vent them freely again and again, letting yourself fall into the same suffering over and over again. This is abnormal.
