How to improve productivity? 如何提高生產力?
首先,我想先引用我前公司老闆在meeting時,傾囊相授給我實用簡單的時間管理圖表。
稍微用Sketch畫了一下功力退步很多Orz,主要可以把每天的事情丟入此圖表,可以幫自己一目瞭然事情的優先順序,步驟是將每天要完成的事情陳列出來,做好規劃後即可將這些事做完成與未完成的標記,且將其套入此圖表將其排列重要性,在執行時就可依時間規劃上調整專心程度與趕工的效率,希望大家都能事半功倍,準時下班不要加班!
For example, the things in first quadrant are the important and urgent things you should most care about. Things like TOEFL test and programming skills are the important and urgent to me! So it helps to concentrate my foucs on these.
Another example, the things in thrid quadrant are the umimportant which can be done in leisure time. Lots of things happen in our daily life like sorting out the working table, helping friend to buy coffee, and blabla...kill our time mostly. So we understand our habit and implement the table.
You can arrange your works details on your schedule and try to apply this table to postpone those unnecessary things. Just focus on your urgent and significant things everyday. I also benefit by practicing this table. So, Hoping that it can help you! :D
