Five-Stage Selection Process: Guiding You Through Each Step

An online evaluation to determine if your traits and soft skills align with LITEON ABC traits.
2️⃣ English Proficiency Test
An AI-driven online assessment of your English speaking, reading, and listening abilities.
3️⃣ HR Interview
An online interview to discuss your past experiences and soft skills.
4️⃣ Group Interview
An in-person simulation where you collaborate with a team to overcome challenges.
5️⃣ Manager Interview & AI Interview
A combination of in-person or online interviews focusing on the hard skills required for the position, complemented by a prior online AI interview to showcase both your hard and soft skills.
3-Month Training to Boost Your Career with the ABCDE Skills
Over the course of three months, you'll build five essential skill sets designed to enhance your competitiveness:
