The reason we say "already, just not yet" is because "already, yet we don't know." Or more precisely, "already, yet we don't believe."

「已然；未然。」這是最正統的出處。

我們臺灣人，學注音符號，已經74年。

跟學英文一樣久。

學著學著，對岸竟然拋棄了注音；

學著學著，我們悻然放棄了英文。

殊不知，注音符號的「兩段式咬字」教學：

1.拆開國語個別的音素

2.操弄音素各種的組合

就叫小p.a. phonemic awareness.

更不知，注音符號的「五段式語調」教學：

1.一聲，持平；

2.二聲，上揚；

3.三聲，先降後揚；

4.四聲，下降。

5.輕聲，弱音化略音化。

就叫大P.A. Phonological Awareness.

正在經歷著翻天覆地的英文教改。

他們最缺的那一步，
