我在 2021~2023 年間,幫 15 個上司、部屬、平行同事、跟實習生寫了 Linkedln Recommendations,他們的職稱包括全球行銷總監、行銷總監、公關長、PM、設計師、實習生等,在那個還沒有 ChatGPT 的時代,每一篇,從 600 字到 1,600 字以上,都是漚心瀝血之作。
剛好跟兒子檢討完週末數學作業,就來談談「寫出優質LinkedIn推薦文的實戰心法」,透過 5 大結構,讓你撰寫推薦文時快速套用或延伸,一次就上手:
一、開場:結論先行 + 強烈推薦語氣
破題即是結論,開場直接傳達你對被推薦人的整體評價和推薦立場,讓讀者一開始就知道你對這個人的肯定,增強推薦的說服力。Ex. 1 - From the bottom of my heart, I’d like to let you know that [Name] is someone I’d like to work with now and at all times.
Ex. 2 - In my career, I’ve worked with many [職位類型] — and [Name] is truly one of the best.
Ex 3 - 「Yang 是我最尊敬、欣賞的營銷主管之一。」
二、背景設定:說明認識契機與挑戰情境
描述在哪裡、什麼角色下與對方共事,並說明對方的職務及職責範圍,讓推薦更具體且可信;敘述當時產業或公司的情境,是否是團隊重組、新創公司早期、資源有限等,這能突顯對方在艱難環境中的價值;亦可提及公司規模、業務複雜度、你自身角色以突顯觀察深度。
Ex. 1 - I knew Irene when working at Gogoro, when and where she led the important and critical Retail Marketing Team……
Ex. 2 - I recruited [Name] when [條件:團隊解散/資源不足/新計畫啟動等]。
She/He took on the role of [職責] and performed beyond everyone’s expectation.
三、具體貢獻與行動成果
這是推薦文的核心,宜盡量詳列對方在該職位中完成的任務、專案與成果,產生什麼影響(含具體案例、數據或里程碑尤佳),中高階者建議補充策略能力與跨部門協作經驗,新人則強調執行力與成長潛力。
Ex 1. As a [職位], [Name] was in charge of...She/He also led/planned/delivered...One thing worth highlighting is...
Ex 2. As a foreigner, even with language barrier, you can see him never stop conversing and communicating with colleagues. In addition, Kirk immerses himself in working scope deeply, very countable and very passionate. He was so willing to deep-dive ins and outs of a complicated biz model, industry, and stakeholder relationship like Gogoro. It’s nice to have an outstanding figure like him, capable, willing to support team-members, and give applause.
四、補充軟實力與人格特質
這段是加深信任感的關鍵,用來描寫對方的性格、態度與非技術面的特質。可以形容對方在壓力下的表現、與人合作的風格、人格特質等,建議以具象的形容詞搭配實例說明,如:「poised under pressure」、「strategic but grounded」。
Ex 1. With abundant [專業能力/背景/溝通技巧] and a [性格:positive, mature, open-minded] attitude...
Ex 2. He is indeed result-oriented, good at numbers and analyzing trends, leading the team, and very quick to output. I still recall that he had achieved several annual plans based on massive market data and trends at all aspects and really helped the team to shape its directions. He's without doubt a strategic-thinker and in the meantime a problem-solver.
五、真誠結語 / 祝福 / 結尾署名
Ex 1. To sum up, Toby is someone i'd like to work now and at all times, and i'm sure he'll bring incredible assistance to your sincere organization.
Ex 2. I can confidently recommend him/her for your company or institute.

✔️ 用真實案例說話,避免空泛籠統
✔️ 保持簡潔,150-300 字最理想
✔️ 加入數據或具體成績更有說服力
✔️ 保持專業又不失人情味,推薦文代表你的專業形象,文句應通順且用詞得體。可適度使用「成熟穩重」、「策略思維」、「溝通能力」等關鍵詞。
✔️ 保留真誠語氣,不必過度官腔或過於親暱。

🔹 常用形容詞:
well-disciplined(自律)、open-minded(心胸開放)、poised(沉穩)、problem-solver(解決導向)、detail-oriented、strategic-thinking、creative、swift、precise(創意、敏捷、精準)
總結而言,我樂於寫推薦文的對象有兩類:「當下位階比你大的主管」以及「當下平行或者帶領的部屬、實習生」。
推薦第一類人比較單純,你的推薦理論上對他們未來的職涯不會有顯著幫助,目的是「跟優秀的領袖靠齊」,展現你的觀察力的同時,也論述你跟他們一起合作完成了什麼大型專案,產生什麼正面影響力。
背書第二類同事則比較「走心」,是真誠地希望能對於他們找機會有些幫助。莎士比亞說過:「人生不過是行走的影子,」而我喜歡在後面加上一句:「而我們,都活在影子跟影子之間。」
你需要別人,也會有人需要你,這世界上總會有人在等你助他一臂之力.別總是需索無度,務必適時幫助別人.如果大家都想當關羽的「千里馬」,誰來當林宥嘉的「伯樂」?
